Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy from The Gold Tooth Fairy: orders, pricing, pre-orders, safe use and liability.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on each product page. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout.
- We may correct a pricing error and will email you before shipping if that changes your order. You can cancel for a full refund.
Pre-orders
- Some items are pre-order. The product page shows the estimated ship window, which is an estimate and not a guarantee.
- You are charged when you place a pre-order. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
Using the kit
- The kit is a decorative keepsake kit for adult use. It is not a toy and not a dental product, and it makes no health claims.
- It contains small parts and a glass vial. Keep it away from children under 3. Follow the instruction card and the Safety page.
Liability
- We provide the products as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
