Privacy Policy
What information The Gold Tooth Fairy collects, why, who processes it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter or ask a free tool to email you something.
- A cart cookie that remembers what is in your cart. It holds item codes and quantities only.
- If you use the shop assistant, the messages you type to it.
What we do not collect
- The free tools (letter generator, tooth chart, calculator, timeline) run in your browser. A child's name typed into a tool is not sent to us or stored.
- We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
- Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax.
- Supabase hosts our database. Vercel hosts the website.
- Our own mail server sends order and newsletter email.
- Anthropic processes shop-assistant messages to produce replies.
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@goldtoothfairy.com.
- This site is for parents and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
