Shipping Policy
Where we ship, what shipping costs, pre-order ship dates, and what to do if a package is late or lost.
Where and how much
- We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Flat shipping is $5.95. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. The checkout shows the current rate.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
- Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage. You will get a tracking number by email when the order ships.
When it ships
- In-stock orders ship within 3 business days.
- Pre-order items ship by the date shown on the product page. If that date changes, we email every open pre-order with the new date and a link to cancel for a full refund.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after the order ships. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- A signature is not required unless the carrier asks for one.
Address changes and problems
- If an address is wrong, email hello@goldtoothfairy.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After the order ships we cannot change the address.
- Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email hello@goldtoothfairy.com and we will investigate.
